Job Description

In the role of Analyst, you will be expected to assist us in increasing the earnings and long-term viability of Morrissey Goodale LLC by (a) supporting the firm in valuation, M&A, and strategic planning engagements, (b) analyzing data and identifying trends in revenue, labor, overhead costs, and gross and net profit, (c) completing ad-hoc reports and projects, (d) improving and advancing our financial modeling and reporting standards and methods, and (e) identifying and communicating information on key performance indicators and financial performance metrics.

• Must have superior communication skills.
• Must be organized and have the desire and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Must want to work directly with clients.
• Must want to work for a growing firm.
• Familiarity with professional services firms ideal but not required.
• Business degree preferred.
• 3-8 plus years experience preferred in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Advisory or Corporate Development
• CM&AA, CVA, ASA, or CFA preferred
• Reports directly to head of M&A Practice
• Will work Hybrid in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, New York, NY, or Boston/Natick, MA.
