Congratulations to DTR Consulting Services (Roseville, CA): The technical architecture, building envelope design, and building science firm joined ECS Group of Companies (Chantilly, VA) (ENR #66), a geotechnical, construction materials, environmental, and facilities services firm. We feel privileged that the DTR team trusted us to initiate and advise them on this transaction.
Active week for domestic and global transactions: Last week, we reported on ten new domestic transactions, including two in the Western U.S. Domestic industry M&A activity is now up 5% over the past 12 months.
