MTE Consultants (Kitchener, Canada) acquired Biologic (London, Canada), an environmental consulting firm that provides aquatic and terrestrial ecosystem services, and Hastings and Aziz (London, Canada), a structural engineering firm.

With the two acquisitions, MTE Consultants has grown from two employees in July 2016 to having a team of over fifty employees today.
