Kentech Group announced the purchase of SNC-Lavalin’s oil & gas business
Kentech Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the oil and gas business of Toronto-listed SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. Completion is anticipated in the first half of 2021 subject to regulatory approvals and satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
