Jacobs to Acquire Wood’s Nuclear Business

Industry leader Jacobs (Dallas, TX) (ENR #1) announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the nuclear business of ENR’s #4 ranked global design firm, John Wood Group (Aberdeen, UK), for approximately $300 million.
