Construction Sciences acquires Raba-Kistner

ngineering consulting firm Raba Kistner, Inc., has been acquired by Construction Sciences, Pty, Ltd. (https://constructionsciences.net/), an Australian engineering firm based in Brisbane, Australia. The announcement was made jointly today by Matt Courtney (CEO of Construction Sciences) and Dr. Gary W. Raba, Chairman and CEO of Raba Kistner. Purchase price was not disclosed.

Raba Kistner, founded in San Antonio in 1968, is an Engineering News-Record “Top 500 Firm,” operating in ten different markets in Texas, Utah, Nebraska, Arizona, New York, California and Mexico with some 500+ employees. The firm provides project management and oversight services; forensics engineering; construction materials engineering, testing and observation; geotechnical engineering, testing and pavement consulting; environmental engineering and consulting; and infrastructure oversight and quality management.
