CBCL acquired Conquest Engineering
Halifax-based CBCL Ltd. announced on Monday it has acquired Conquest Engineering Ltd., a geotechnical and materials testing firm based in Saint John, N.B., with offices in Fredericton, Moncton and Halifax.
The acquisition is said to be consistent with CBCL’s strategic objectives of growth and expansion, CBCL said in a news release.
Both companies have a similar culture, according to a company statement, and the integration of Conquest into the CBCL operation is expected to be smooth. Read more>
