Capgemini (Paris, France), a global leader in consulting, IT services, and digital transformation, and Altran Technologies (Paris, France), a global leader in engineering and R&D services, announced that they have entered into an agreement for exclusive negotiations whereby Capgemini is to acquire Altran.
