Mandarin Oriental Miami
As we aim to provide the best possible networking and educational experience, we are committed to keeping all Symposium attendees as safe as possible. In doing so, we are offering 2 options for participants that will help keep Symposium attendees safe. By offering choices, we are avoiding falling outside Florida law that restricts groups from requiring proof of vaccination against the COVID-19 virus.
Option A – Obtain a negative COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Upon registration, please choose option to upload your PCR test results at a later time.
Option B – Voluntarily present Morrissey Goodale with proof of vaccination for the COVID-19 virus. Upon registration, please upload your proof of vaccination in the form of a photo or scan of the vaccination card.
In addition to this requirement, we are taking the following steps to create the safest event possible::
- Disposable masks will be available and optional to whomever would like them.
- Hand sanitation stations will be available throughout the event space.
- Attendees are encouraged to practice social distancing and limit physical contact such as handshaking or hugging to maintain a safe environment.
For those who are unable to provide a negative PCR test result by January 19 or proof of vaccination, we will issue a full refund for the Symposium. Please direct any questions to Corinne McCanse, Events Director, at [email protected].
