	Oct 2008: San Francisco-based SMWM, an award-winning women- owned architecture, urban design and planning practice merged with global integrated design firm Perkins+Will (Chicago, IL). Morrissey Goodale LLC initiated the transaction for SMWM and provided advisory services.
	March 2008: Kleinfelder (San Diego, CA) acquired Trigon Engineering Consultants, Inc. (Greensboro, NC). Morrissey Goodale LLC provided financial advisory services to Trigon.
